If I have a record that I am sealing do I still need copies of the Ordinal Arrest and conviction record. To send in with my I-485

You must report all arrests to USCIS even if the record has been sealed. You should consult with an immigration attorney to determine whether you have any grounds of inadmissibility that would prevent you from obtaining a green card.
