If I have a record that I am sealing do I still need copies of the Ordinal Arrest and conviction record. To send in with my I-485

Yes you do. You must be careful in filing an I-485 with criminal convictions as it may place you in removal/deportation proceedings. For a free consultation, please contact my office at 904-371-3538 or email me at [email protected].
You must report all arrests to USCIS even if the record has been sealed. You should consult with an immigration attorney to determine whether you have any grounds of inadmissibility that would prevent you from obtaining a green card. You may need a waiver of a ground of inadmissibility. Please feel free to contact me to discuss this matter further.
