Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona
How can I remove from my home a sister in law that came into the country (legally) with the sole purpose of giving birth to her child so he can have citizenship rights

You could ask her to leave your home, but may want to consider the long term impact on your marriage of asking your sister-in-law to do so. She is not violating an laws by being legally in the US, nor is she violating any laws by having her child in the US. The bigger question may be what it is you are hoping to gain, or why you want her to leave your home. But that is not in anyway a legal question.
