Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona
How do I know what my new spouse's legal status is? He was born in Tonga but entered the United States from American Samoa, he has a social security number, and I believe INS has his listed as an American Samoa national. So I'm not sure how to proceed with his immigration status?

Your husband's nationality must be sorted out to know what he needs to have done with his immigration status. It's not possible to tell unless you can be clearer. Also, your immigration status must be known. Having a social security number means little and doesn't signify any particular immigration status.
