Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona
Hi there...I am currently working on an H-1b visa case...once my client is granted a visa does he have to immediately start working in US? does he have to start working in october or is there a grace period where he has some time and maybe start working here in Feb of next year? thanks

That depends on whether he is inside or outside the U.S. and when validity dates for the visa will be.
