turning 18
My family and i recently got a letter saying that our visa petition has been approved from the case I130, i am not the ''beneficiary'' i am the daughter, but i am turning eighteen in a month, would that change anything?

Generally, you are considered a "child" under the Immigration & Nationality Act until age 21, as long as you are single.
