My wife came here at 3 yr old. Got a green card. Her parents became citizens & passed away We got married 39 years ago Now we need prove, for AZ driver licence

You have way to many issues here to respond. If she does not have her I-559 card or a copy of it, you will need to consult and hire a very qualified and experienced immigration attorney to assist you in this process - in either proving that she truly is a legal US resident and had a card, in applying for her residency if not, and/or in making a claim for citizenship, if she qualifies. If her card is missing, hopefully she still has her A#.
