Legal Question in Insurance Law in Arizona
I was in an accident that was not my fault. The insurance company does not want to pay to fix my car they want to salvage it. The car is in fine shape and I just had the engine replaced and a lot of other work done on it. I put a lot of money into the car. The only damage that is on the car is where the guy hit me. Is this legal?

Ask the insurance company to pay out the claim by giving you blue book value, less the value of the salvage.
