Legal Question in Insurance Law in Arizona
Our adult age son is on our health insurance. He recently had a car accident and has medical bills. If he does not pay his bills can we be liable for them?

Generally speaking, one adult is not responsible for another adult's medical bills simple because they are parent and child. I don't know about your specific situation and whether there are facts that could make it different.
If your son is covered by health insurance, hopefully that will cover his bills. If the accident was not his fault, then he may have a claim against the person who caused the accident (the proceeds of which could help to pay bills).
