Legal Question in Insurance Law in Arizona
borrowed vehicle blunder=liability loop hole
I was driving my mothers truck when i rear ended another person my licence is suspended she has Arizona min. liability coverage through American Family Insurance I do live in the same house as her and she did say i could drive the truck but had no knowledge of current licence status my question is will her insurance cover the other persons damages

They should. You were a permissible user. Notify American Family of the accident, and the other driver of the policy number with American Family. Get a criminal attorney if you are charged with driving on a suspension; the fines and possible jail can be troublesome.
