Legal Question in Insurance Law in Arizona

At fault driver not responding

I was in an accident a few days ago. I was not at fault and the other driver after calling in her initial claim now refuses to return her own insurance companies calls in regards to the claim. I am now without a vehicle without a rental car and unable to get to work due to back pain (went to the ER) for three days. If she does not contact them within 30 days are they automatically responsible? If she is deemed at fault by the sherrif and issued a citation how does that not warrant the issue at hand?

Re: At fault driver not responding

You need to consult with an attorney immediately. I have handled zillions of these cases since 1977 as an employee of a personal firm and since 1979 as an attorney. You need aggressive representation. If you care to see me for a free initial consultation without obligation, call 480.835.1500 right away. You need to move quickly. There are a number of issues which are involved here, but you are not in as bad a shape as you may think, but need to get this in the hands of an attorney immediately. I cannot emphasize enough the need for speed. We do not have junior attorneys on staff. Thanks.

Also, there are some confidential matters that you need to be aware of that are not suited to publication on the internet to keep them private.

Best regards,

James D. Jenkins
