Legal Question in Insurance Law in Arizona
GAP insurance
Dec 1995 received estimate on car damage with window of $700 between car value and repairs if no further under hood damage discovered. Due to altruistic concerns and budget struggles, I was unable to save deductable until May 2007 at which time TL was deemed - depreciation and mileage played a role and I am awaiting to hear damages. I did not know there was TL until 2 weeks ago although the potential was mentioned in original est. If the damages caused the TL and with my recent notification-can I even legally claim GAP or will the time delays hinder possibilities? What options do I have except for finishing paying for car no longer in my possession?

Re: GAP insurance
Make the claim on the gap coverage. See what happens.
