Legal Question in Insurance Law in Arizona
Health Insurance changing of coverage
My health insurance company changed my maternity coverage in the middle of my pregnancy without notice or change of monthly premium and now will not pay what was verified at the beginning of my pregnancy. I am covered through my job in a group health insurance. Is this legal for them to do? It doesn't seem right to me.

Doesn't seem right to me either. You need representation by an attorney who specializes in "bad faith" claims against insurance companies. My colleague Larry Cohen in Phoenix, on 7th Street, would probably know of the name of an attorney you could consult with. If you cannot find help, call me and I will try to get you a referral.
