Legal Question in Insurance Law in Arizona

I was in an accident on 11/30/06. The gentleman who hit me was sited for the accident. However, the vehicle he was driving was in someone else's name and so was the vehicle insurance. Legacy Insurance said that their coverage was current. However I was told by the adjuster today that they weren't covering the accident and would tell me why. What do I do? I thought the vehicle insurance follows the vehicle and not the driver?

Insurance does follow the car, not the driver, although the driver's insurance may be secondary. You should consult with an attorney; you need representation in this matter.
