Legal Question in Insurance Law in Arizona

My boyfriend passed away on Sunday. He has me as his beneificay on his life ins. He has a daughter but never was in her life. and does not want her to get the money. My question is can she do this with an affidavit for collection of personal property?

She cannot collect. You are the beneficiary by contract right. Contact the insurance company immediately, file their claim form with a death certificate and fill out their identity statement, and collect your funds.
