Teenage Driver Laws
Am I responsible if my 17 year old driver (uninsured on my policy) drives someone else's car and causes injury or damage of any kind?

Perhaps you have forgotten that you signed a form with Motor Vehicle that you would be responsible at the time your son or daughter received the driver's license. Make sure that your insurance company is notified of that driver.
