Legal Question in Insurance Law in Arizona
terrorism risk insurance act of 2002
My insurance company is charging me for an act of terrorism. However, I have not asked to be covered. Are they required to add it to my premium under this act even though I have not asked for it? I read the overview and it only says insurance companies must offer it.

Ask your agent if you can waive it. I am not familiar with whether it can be waived. Some coverages, such as uninsured motorist, are required to be offered but can be waived.
Good luck.
