Movie royalities from DVD

I own a hotel, Is there any law or regulation that prohibits renting a guest DVDs to view in their room?

When you turn on a DVD (or VHS) it has an FBI warning that the dvd or vhs tape is for home viewing only. If you rent it, you could end up in hot water. Sorry for the bad news. -Justin Lampel
