If I purchased copyrighted music files legally, is it illegal to send those files to someone I personally know through email?
If I received a CD with copyrighted files as a gift, am I legally allowed to rip the CD files onto my computer? Am I allowed to make copies of those files onto other personal devices so that I can access them from multiple devices? Am I allowed to send those files to someone I personally know through email?
Am I allowed to give copies of copyrighted files to others as a gift?

What you describe here cane be referred to as technical infringement. Because all this is really just personal use the courts would treat such things as de minimis or too small an issue, But, yes, technically it is infringing,
