Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Arizona
Sample work for online portfolio
Under employment for a video production company I produced works (commercials, marketing campaigns, PSA's) that I would like to display on my online portfolio with the hopes of dispalying my capabilities to potential employers. Is this legal? If not, how do I go about aquiring my works for legal display.

Ask permission to use the material in your portfolio. GEt the permission in writing (an email will probably suffice).
If they refuse, don't make the portfolio public.
