Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Arizona

I am contemplating starting a website where I post grocery prices that are taken from local advertising flyers. That way a user can quickly compare prices of items. I would not charge for this information. I would also offer links to the stores' websites and eventually hope to receive some income from other links via pay-per-click or something along that line.

Good idea. My shopping outings are based on what I read in the weekly ads for Basha's, Safeway and Fry's. What kind of services are you looking for, specifically?
