Legal Question in Investment Law in Arizona
I am currently running an operation where I am calling people and asking them financial questions and setting an appointment for an investment expert to call them back and offer them an investment opportunity. An old colleague of mine told me that what I'm doing is illegal if I'm not sending them some kind of brochure on income advice. Is he correct?

What you are doing just might be against the law? Is the investment a registered or unregistered security... without knowing more about this "investment", I do not know whether what you are doing is a scam... a pyramid problem..... or a timeshare....
