Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Arizona

cps case

i plead no contest to my children being dependant and come to find my attorny is incompetant and shuld have pointed out that there is no case agenst me ,do i have any recourse ?

If the children have been awarded wards of the court, it is never impossible to reverse the process. You subjected yourself to the court's authority. I do quite a bit of dependancy work.
