Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Arizona

Is this legal?

I'm 16 and my boyfriend is 21. We've been dating 3 years and we have a good relationship. Is it legal for me to move in with him if my parents are in support of it? If it's not legal, what are my options outside of emancipation, having him appointed as my guardian, and getting married? Thanks.

If you parents have gone along with it so far, then you shouldn't have any trouble getting 1) emancipated and then 2) married. While your parents are legally responsible for you, you have no business getting married. You can't have it both ways, and a husband is not a legal guardian, he's a husband.
