In Arizona, as a 'right to work state', can an employer get away with discrimination and harassment?

Thanks for the question. Discrimination and harassment is illegal if it is related to race, gender, national origin, religion, disability status, or age. It would also be illegal to discriminate or harass because an employee engaged in some sort of protected activity, such as complaining the company is engaging in illegal activity. All other types of discrimination and harassment are legal.
