Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona
On commission based sales. The contract states commissions are protected for 30 days after termination. 2 week notice is given. Employers asks employee to leave effective immediately. Are commissions then protected for an additional 2 weeks?

Thank you for the question. Unless there is language in the agreement stating an employee who resigns giving two weeks notice has 30 days, plus the two weeks, you would be entitled to only those commissions you would be entitled to receive during the 30-day period following the date your employer terminated you.
