Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

My company's electronic time clock software has many problems. Employees often fill out time adjustment forms to get paid for the hours worked that the software doesn't record. (No big deal.) The time adjustment form asks for an "actual time in" and a "scheduled time in".

Must the employees record our "actual time in" or do we merely need proof that we were on time for the "scheduled" time? Can we be disciplined for not recording our arrival minute even though we are not paid until our "scheduled" start time?

I don't understand. Are you arriving early? Late? At the same time as your scheduled start time? Just fill in both, or replace the time clock software.
