Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

Employee Rights - Flue shot

Good Morning. I work for a medical billing company as a collections represetative. My employer was offering free flu shots yesterday 11-13-08. I personally do not agree to take the flu shot and I did not want to take it. My manager told me that I had to take and I refused and she insisted that I needed to take the flu shot. I tried to walk away but she grabbed me and kind nudged me into the room and told me that I have to take this flu shot and she not let me leave the room. Now being that I live in a right to work state which is Arizona I was afraid I was going to lose my job. I took the flu shot and what do you I start to get a reaction the flu shot. My supervisor had to take me to the local urgent care and I had a rash, swelling, pain and it triggered my asthma and I had to have breathing treatment. Do I have a case?

You do appear to have a claim. We can research, advise you on your options, and draft a demand letter for a $1,500.00 flat fee. Additional negotiations will require another $1,000.00 advance fee.
