Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

I had seen two employees in an act of theft and told asset protection what i saw. i was called in to give signed statement as to what i saw. two days later they busted the two i had named and was arrested at work. the next day i went to work and another associate i work with thanked me for saving the store a huge loss. how did he know? this person has a very big mouth and blackberry in his hand all the time. his girl friend works there too, so i know she knows what's going on also. they also have lots of friends that work there also, so how do know who knows what? my question is, my confidential statment has been breach, what should i do. this happened a sears store in phoenix,az.
