An employer, however, may not terminate based on race, gender, religion, national origin, disability status, or age.

If you had with the prospective employer some sort of written contract guaranteeing you a job for a specified period or until you committed cause for a termination, it is possible you might have a claim for breach of contract. Absent such a document, I think it is unlikely you would have any sort of claim.
