Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

I believe that my employer copied W2/1099 on a public machine, and is keeping a copy at his home. I'm uncomfortable with this... Do I have any recourse?

Is your employer a company? The employer is entitled to keep a copy of these documents for his tax records and it all depends on where he keeps his corporate documents.
