Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona
My employer removed my W-2 from my office and is keeping it at his home. He wouldn't tell me why, but refuses to return them. I don't know where he lives, who has access, or what measures are being taken to protect my identity. I'm really uncomfortable with this. Do I have any recourse?

This appears to be the second time you have asked this question. If you need a duplicate W2 you may request it from the IRS. Go to their website and they have information so that you can request a tax transcript which has the W2 information on it. If you believe that your employer is mishandling your tax information or compromising your identity you may set an appointment with the Department of Economic Security. He may have a home office which he uses to keep business documents. It sounds like you work in a very small business. In reviewing your questions, it appears that you have a bigger problem than is being discussed. You might want to consider finding a new job.
