Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

My employer said that I do not need to sign in and out every day when I start or take a lunch. I just want to know if that�s true so I don�t lose my job.

This is something your employer's internal policies are going to govern this type of situation. If you are an at-will employee, your employer can terminate you for any reason, even if you are following all policies. Of course, they cannot terminate you for reasons related to your race, gender, national origin, religion, age, or disability.
