Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona
How is it that employers can check my credit score, when its almost impossible for me to check it. And how can they hold it against you? I've been a warehouse worker for almost 25 years and have been getting passed by for people with more exp. how are these people 112?

Thank you for the question. As there is no law prohibiting prospective employers from checking an applicant's credit and basing on the results its decision to hire, employers are free to do so.
