Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

equal pay for job assigned

i work for subcontractor on government contract.i been with this company over a year and a half.The main contractor hired more employees in which i had to train.there pay is time and a half more than mine.I cant believe this right do i have any grounds for law suit.

This would be completely legal, unless the disparity in pay is related to your race, gender, national origin, religion, age, or disability status.
