Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

Injunction of workplace harassment

I have recently gotten an injunction of workplace harassment from my previous employer. I don't want to drag it out and fight it so my question is how long will this be on my record or searchable in the future if I am looking to start a new job I don't want this to effect my chances. Also if it can come off what steps need to be taken to get it taken off? Also how does it show up or will it show up if an employer does a background check?

Thank you for the help

Re: Injunction of workplace harassment

We would need to know whether it is a Superior court injunction (major duomo) or justice of the Peace. Either way we can negotiate its removal, but would require contact, negotiation, Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release and Stipulation to Court. Probably total cost about $1500.00 probably $750.00 in a Flat Fee, then $750.00 advance fee follow up.
