Is this a legal termination?

When my boss realized I was not romantically interested in him, he began the process of trying to fire me. Being his ''girlfriend'' would have included blindly going along with the illegal activity he was allowing to occur at that job. (I complained about it a number of times) I was fired for ''my cold attitude'' toward clients. This is a total fabrication, I have many people from that job to stand behind me regarding my character, and personality.

If he terminated you for any reason other than your job performance, for example: rejecting sexual advances, complaining about illegal activities, age, disability, gender, national origin, pregnancy, etc..., chances are that your termination was illegal.
