Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona
When I was a manager in California, if an employee came to work they had to work(or be paid) for a minimum of 2 hours. Is this true in Arizona?

I am not aware of any such requirement. There are collective bargaining agreements that include such clauses. Absent something like that or a written contract, an employer is free to have an employee work as many, with certain exceptions, or as few hours as it wants.
