Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona
One month ago I changed my work status from full time to part time. I get paid every 2 weeks. When I received my first check, it still had my full time rate. I informed my employer and they assured me it would be fixed. My second paycheck still had the full time rate on it. Now they want the money back that they overpaid me. They made the mistake. Do I have to pay the money back?
