Offer Contract Rescind

I accepted a job offer with a company. Right before I was to start they took back the offer. I have the signed contract and have left my previous employer to take a job with them. Their rescinding their offer has caused obvious detrimental damage. Is there anything I can do???

Your rights will depend on what the signed contract says. If you have a contract for a definite term, you may have a breach of contract claim. You should contact an attorney and have him or her review the letter for you.
