Offered a Job, Moved 1000 miles with family AND NO JOB!

I was in phone communication with a companies general manager for over a month out of Arizona about a job as a assistant manager. We discussed where, when and who I would be trained with. I was even passed to the manager that would train me and discussed details on my salary and setting up the paperwork before I got there. I even filled out a application and authorized a background check. Then when I got there I had no job and still don't after moving 1000 miles WITH my family in tow. I have been in Arizona sense the beginning of February and have not found a job to replace the pay I had in Texas! Also I am 54 years old and they had not seen me until I meet them. Can I sue for compensation?

AZ case says that if sell house and move across country then may have claim for breach of employment contract. But that case did not find in favor of plaintiff because that plaintiff not do that. You probably do not have money to hire us by the hour (standard fee would be $1500.00 for demand letter plus $1,000.00 advance fee into trust account billed against hourly for follow up.) We could do a 20% contingency fee case (not litigation but demand and follow up only) at no cost to you to see if can get compensation. Because this is more a volume business for us, like a collection case, we do not put a lot of effort into the matter, but we have had good success because the other side does not know that we are not going to sue. So, we have those two options to start.
