Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

Can my past employer not pay me for work already done because i lost the keys to office. I offered to pay for new keys to be made.

You have a right to be paid by your employer for work done losing the keys to the office has nothing to do with his legal obligations to pay his employees the agreed wages.
