Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona
I was recently awarded a cash settlement in regards to pay compenssation/discrimination. However after depositing the funds they are now sending me notice that the pay was only to be retroactive to 2007, not 2001. What will happen to the settlement and what recourse do I have?
