Termination
I was terminated for ''improper procedures''. However I was never trained in those procedures or was even coached on how to do those procedures. While I was doing the ''improper procedures'' there was a supervisor doing it with me and an assistant manager watching me do it and I was never told that I was doing something wrong. Is there anything I can do in regards to getting my job back or anything else I can do about it?

Unless the reason they are treating you differently from other employees due to your gender, race, national origin, religion, age, or disability status, it is legal for an employer to engage in differential treatment. If there is any evidence they are using one of these criteria to discriminate, you would have some recourse. You would also have recourse if you had with the employer a written contract for a definite period of time or that stated they could not terminate you except for good cause.
