Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

During the week of Christmas and other holidays when every one else who is hourly gets a three day weekend my boss makes us work 5 days. I was wondering if he had to let us have the three days off for the week?

An employer doesn't have to give you any holidays off or any extra days if a holiday falls on a weekend. It's called an intangible benefit, and it varies by employer. Sorry.
