Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

I work for an aircraft parts repair facility. More and more, my fellow workers and I feel we are being pushed into situations where quality and safety are being set aside for profit, most notably tooling and test fixtures and the answer to our complaints seems to always come back "if you don't like it then leave". I am a licensed aircraft mechanic, what can I do to 1. Protect myself 2. Get my employer to stop cutting so many corners?

One of my clients recently found out the hard way that the National Labor Relations Board protects "concerted activity" (i.e. groups of workers') comments about and attempt to change the terms and conditions of employment (even in Arizona). Once your NLRB Complaint is filed the government can do your work for you. Naturally "setting up" a case like this is important.(We were able to defeat the workers' claim in that case because of the way they pled their case - not represented.) This firm can advise you all at minimal cost if you want to "go there." (This is not a recommendation or advice at this point, Just information about one possible option.)

I am curious how this turned out? Did you resolve your employment law issue? With the NLRB?
