Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

i have been work at my job for three months and the company is putting me in a different position i called the company and they said they are still putting me in a different position its been to month now what do i do

Your employer has a right to assign you to different positions when it feels like it if you are an at-will employee and not a part of a bargaining unit (union)... you don't really have a legal issue... you have to wait and see what they do... or find another job.
