Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

I work at a lender and a loan originator threatened my safety but my company has done nothing about and it is not the first time it has happened. Do I have any recourse against my company or the loan originator. I am afraid of this person and do not feel comfortable everyday at work.

I would obtain an order of protection so that person cannot have any contact with you, if that would be a possibility. If you employer refuses to take this seriously and protect you, you may have to quit and file suit against them.
