in a right to work state (arizona), can an employer dictate where or how you choose to work to be able make ends meet after the said employer cut your hours to part time and unable to even pay rent or provide for your family?

Thank you for your question. I believe you are actually referring to the employment-at-will doctrine. As an at-will employee, your employer is free to terminate you for any reason or no reason, as long as it is not related to something like race, gender, national origin, religion, age, or disability. As such, if you are an at-will employee, your employer has the right to terminate you for obtaining outside employment.
