Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona
I worked at a job, that I felt was an uncomfortable working environment so I quit my job. I went to HR on several occasions to discuss options which were never resolved, I was told to add cost to already signed agreements with customers, a co-worker was forced to skip breaks, they don't follow the EEOC. When asked if I would get my accrued PTO they said no because it was a voluntary quit. Do I have any rights?

I suggest you go to the EEOC in your area and seek their advance and file a claim.
I also suggest you contact a local attorney in your area who has experience in litigating employment issues such as Wrongful Discharge and Whistlblower cases.
Cordially,
