Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

My yearly evaluation was done in August in which I received a 7/10 rating. I have been requesting a copy of this evaluation for two months. Now the supervisor is retailiating and states he will do an evaluation up to this current date. We have yearly evaluations in which they are clearly dated. Are his actions legal?

Thanks for the inquiry. Unless you have with the employer some sort of employment contract stating they cannot do what they are doing, their actions are legal. Clearly, the cannot take against you these actions due to your race, gender, religion, national origin, disability, or age. If, however, you are an at-will employee and they are not discriminating based on one of the above characterisitics, their actions are completely legal.
